Welcome! If you don't know who I am — my name is Jenna Anderson, also known by some as "Professor Jenna." I am a writer, podcaster, and encyclopedia of comic knowledge and Taylor Swift lyrics.

If you do already know who I am, thank you profusely for your kind words and support, in whichever way you have been able to give it. It truly means the world to know that my words/ramblings about old comic lore have meant as much as they have to so many people.

Nothing can keep me from writing and yapping about the things that I love, so I’m setting up this Substack as a new place for that. I am not entirely sure what shape it is going to take, but I hope you will join me on that journey.

Earlier this week, I also launched a Go Read Some Comics YouTube channel, for when my ideas make the most sense as video essays or things of that nature. My first video is a deep dive of the second Creature Commandos trailer (and an ode to my favorite little guy, G.I. Robot).
